On September 10, 1997 owner Thomas Levak purchased Mark Thomas Ford from the previous owners Serra Ford. Tom's goal was to make his family owned store a place where his customers could buy a vehicle knowing they received the best deal possible and the lowest payment available. Thus, that is where the name Home of Mr Low Payment was originally derived and the dealerships reputation as Mr. Low Payment began. In October of 1999 Mark Thomas Ford became the first Ford dealership in the Mahoning Valley to obtain Ford Motor Company's prestigious Blue Oval Certification award for excellence in customer satisfaction. Over the last twelve years the Levak family and their employees have built Mark Thomas Ford into a premiere Ford store that has remained Blue Oval Certified to this day. Over the years people have came and gone from Mark Thomas Ford but one thing has remained a constant our dedication to customer satisfaction.
     Mark Thomas Ford helps support the local schools, the Cortland Rotary golf outing, St Michael's Church Mustang raffle, the annual Ox Roast, the trumbull county fairgrounds, the state highway patrol golf outing and numerous car shows. Mark Thomas is a member of the Farm Bureau and takes pride in it's membership. Mark Thomas Ford owner Tom Levak is a board member of the local dealers association the ADAEO and is involved with the Annual Presidents Gala that makes donations to a charitable cause. The Presidents Gala over the last ten years the ADAEO raised 300,000 dollars for Make a Wish and last year rasied around 30,000 dollars for the Rich Center at Youngstown State University.
